Shib heap memory issue - has anyone experienced this?

Hi,

We're experiencing a memory leak issue where the JVM Heap grows and eventually the JVM runs out of memory and crashes after several days.   This seems to have started sometime in the past 6 months.  We're running Shib 3.2.1.  We have several upgrades and parameter changes that we can and will be making in the environment to see if that makes this go away, but just wanted to put a note out to see if anyone has had similar issues recently and if so, if you have insight into the cause or known resolution.
