Shibboleth web site switchover

This isn't going to be of major impact, but just so people are aware, we're going to finalize the move of our web site (not the wiki) to a WordPress site on a different host tomorrow (Tuesday) evening, probably 7-8ish. The content is basically the same, just a different look.

I will be installing a redirect to/from some of the old shibboleth.net locations, but for the most part the intent is to keep shibboleth.net pointing to our software content on the main host, and reserve www.shibboleth.net for the web presence. This prevents all our existing links to software, schemas, javadocs, etc. from breaking. There will doubtless be a glitch or two in the redirect rules or some broken links lying around but we'll iron it out over the coming days.

The main thing that might break are any foreign links directly to pages under the web site, which I really wouldn't encourage. I'll probably move some of that content into the wiki over time anyway if we need stable links.
