IDP3 fails with LDAP bind and space character in the DN/distinguished name

Hard coding the value into the connector worked. Good to know that this 
is filed as a bug. I suggest higher priority than Minor. This can take a 
while to troubleshoot and the workaround is not necessarily ideal.
