uApprove -- Change Attribute Name Listed

Yes......there was a conflict in functions on the page due to changes made
in the display to align with our usability guidelines......i.e. out of the
box works fine.....it's changes we made here.

We reverted back to original -- and it work!

As this was running for a year till we added friendly name -- it was not
noticed earlier that the customization messed up.

We will motor along and re-add the customization -- and test as we go along.
