Office 365 App Registration Strange issue on Mac

Hi,

In our new IdP 3.3.x testing, there is one condition which fails, but with
IdP 2.x it works with no issues.


Only on Mac, when you try to register the downloaded office 365
application, after the authentication (via CAS) it fails with below,

Before trying we made sure, other browser sessions are all all killed, and
we got only one instance of IdP and CAS hence no sticky session issues. On
same machine, when we try against the IdP 2.x it works.  This is only
happening on Mac. When we re-try the registration then it works.

As if like it fails in the first instance.


Do I have to configure any setting in IdP? or any area to look into
