Embarrasing Testshib Problem

I've used testshib over and over, and now it's not working and I'm
flummoxed.  I think I must have a brain parasite.  I upload my metadata, it
shows me the metadata, I see my entityID in the metadata it shows me, then
I copy and paste that very same entityID into the testshib SP, and it gives
me the "Unable to locate metadata for identity provider"  error.

I've looked at 500 lines of shibd.log, and I see the unable-to-locate
error, but I don't see anything indicating that my metadata has actually
arrived.  Is there a way to verify one's uploaded metadata is available to
sp.testshib.org?

I assume I'm forgetting to push some super obvious button.  Sorry for what
is probably a very silly question.
