I was a little interested in testing this myself, but as it turns out
RHEL/CentOS 7 only ships with httpd 2.4.6, so that's not new enough.  I
don't feel like compiling just to test this...  I guess there's always
the RH SCL stuff which might have a newer Apache, but I don't off-hand
have a system where I can do that.
