Not it doesn't appear to be working:

https://mysp.foo.com/ returns a 302 with: 
Location:https://mysp.foo.com/shibboleth-ds/index.html?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fnamespace.myorg.com%2Fsaml2%2Fsp%2Fmysp.foo.com.shib&return=https%3A%2F%2Fmysp.foo.com%2FShibboleth.sso%2FLogin%3FSAMLDS%3D1%26target%3Dss%253Amem%253Aad235ad140dad5a97b43af42050e63d5ee2d2e620d6e979b68bd7a07834a0b13

Accessing that gets me a 302 as well with the exact same Location. And so on. It's like accessing shibboleth-ds itself is causing it to redirect back to itself, but I can't quite spot the mistake in the apache config (or perhaps the mistake is in the shibboleth configs..).
