Thanks Scott and David,

Sorry for the confusion about useUnfilteredAttribute , that was trial and
error

all good now, I had the uid released to this SP in attribute filter however
had some config issues in saml nameid .xml

all fixed and now able to see it is passing thru

also I believe some level of caching played up as well
