Auto refresh service configuration

Hi All,
    The issue I am seeing with IdP 3.2.1 is that the services don't reload the configuration after the checkInterval time set in the service.properties file.  Manually running the reload-service.bat/sh file reloads the configuration.
idp.service.relyingparty.checkInterval, idp.service.attribute.resolver.checkInterval and idp.service.attribute.filter.checkInterval were set to 5 minutes each.  The changed configuration did not automatically reload after 5 minutes.

Is there anything else to be done for the auto reload to work?  Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
