Optional Encryption

Just curious how man people out there are setting 
idp.encryption.optional=true to avoid having to do rp overrides to 
disable encryption?  I'm thinking of turning this on since it seems more 
and more external services don't do encryption.  This would make things 
easier since I won't have to keep updating our rp override for encryption.
