Shibboleth Password with LDAP - no login screen

I will re-read that to be sure, but the follows my initial understanding.

However, since I still can't get the IdP to display anything I am confused
as to what configuration parameters I am missing or what in the
documentation I missed.  Using /idp/login gives me nothing and I can
defintiely see the login.vm file in the views folder in the primary
installation.

I checked the logs and the only errors I see are related to "Unable to load
schema mappings from location [META-INF/spring.schemas]" and "unable to find
resource 'status.vm' in any resource loader." (but the status page works).
