NameIds (again)

Hi all

I have tried working through documentation before sending this. I had it working before but somehow lost the config and state of the VM :/

Trying to support NameID of 1.1:emailAddress, and I've put the enabler in saml-nameid.xml (referencing the correct source attribute, as defined in attribute-resolver).
And in relying-party, the override using the RelyingPartyByName catch.
And in the metadata.

The first half of the log snippet below suggests I've married it up enough:

But then it gives up at this point:

I assume I've missed something - all suggestions greatfully received.
