CAS attributes in lowercase, missing scope

Hello,

I am starting to look into replacing our standalone CAS server with the CAS
protocol support built into IdPv3.

I have managed to get the IdP to release attributes in response to a CAS
ticket validation, but it appears that the attribute names are all
converted to lowercase (eg "edupersonprincipalname"), and do not contain
any scoping.

Sorry if there is some obvious configuration I am overlooking, but we are
very new to Shibboleth.
