Silent Shibboleth Windows Install

When I did an installation on Windows from the MSI (not silent!), it would roll back if the Windows firewall service was not running - could this be related?
As an aside, the other oddity I noted on the MSI install was that it forced the LDAP user account password to all lower case.

Hmm. I'll try to reproduce, but if you want this addressed you'll need to put in a case. I've put in IdP 1051 to see if I can reproduce the hang
