I think if the suggested settings are container-independent, it's time to just factor that out.

Maybe if you want to just adjust the page you wrote already to include a section for configuring Jetty or Tomcat with the suggested settings, that would be plenty, I can just change the other pages later to link to it.

Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
