Disable assertion encryption for TestShib IDP

Is it possible to have to have the TestShib IDP not encrypt the assertion response?  My SP implementation does not support encryption.

I've tried providing my SP metadata without an encryption key but then the IDP errors with a "cannot encrypt" response.
