Tableau SAML auth

Coincidentally, we just encountered the issue with their invalid
SingleLogoutService element. I just removed the element entirely
to get their metadata to validate and load.

As for the username attribute -- we previously added a couple of
other Tableau instances, to which we release (only) the standard
"uid" attribute; this works fine, as far as I know, though I am
not sure yet about the new instance. (I do not believe we ran
into the metadata issue with the previous instances). I do not
configure the Tableau instances, but could get you info as to
what we did there if needed.
