Attribute release based on IP address

That doesn't really explain to me what you're trying to do. You asked about attribute *release* based on IP address. That (to me) means "deciding whether to release an attribute based on IP address", so that was what I was speaking to. If that's not what you meant, I need more information.

I don't know what you're trying to do with that feature, but controlling release is something you do with the filtering layer, not the resolver.
