You're talking about the "SSO with third party identity provider" setup?

I'm using the same certificate with Google for v3 that I had with v2.  Uploading was just a matter of uploaded the PEM-encoded certificate the IdP uses.  (But, of course, I had nothing to upload for v3, though I recently re-did our test domain, which required an upload.)
