Is the Microsoft proxy caching credentials?

Its ways are... strange.  We've played a half-hearted reverse guessing game trying to figure it out and nobody is giving us any hints.  Windows Azure AD is a fascinating puzzle to me and you've incidentally added another piece.

I don't expect a Wizard of Oz to step out and explain things any time soon, so, well, the plot thickens.  Glad we could help you past that bend in the yellow brick road and welcome to the entourage.
