Shibboleth 3 idp session timeout configuration

Thanks once again scott,
I have one last doubt regarding this(hopefully).
The reason i wanted clarification on these things is because we want to implement what in layman's term we call " remember me" functionality.. is there any defined way or documentation or link to help me with that in shibboleth 3.2.1?
