Unmarshalling xml

I was trying the all the tests  in xmltooling/xmltoolingtest to find out
the problem.
in xmltoolingtest.h XMLToolingConfig::getConfig() is called where as in
Unmarshallingtest.h, it is not called. I will apply the change.
