RHEL5 support EOL

I had forgotten this was coming in March, thought it was end of 2017, but we're six months out from the end of standard support for RHEL5. In accordance with the policy I've been following, that will also be the end of official and packaging support for the Service Provider on that platform. I have no plans to deliberately break anything, but my testing of the builds there will stop at that point.
