Office365 and Shibboleth 3 idp SSO

I'm following the same path and will probably make a few edits to the
wiki when verified. A couple things that tripped me up: in the
PowerShell command to activate federation, you need to remove the line
wraps from your IdP's certificate. And in attribute-resolver.xml, you
probably need the dc: namespace before LDAPProperty, and per
