SP Session per browser per user

I have a really strange behavior in my SSO enabled environment.Authentication is working well using a single browser.When I try to open the URL with another browser, using the same credentials, I get an error message.KEEP attention<Sessions lifetime="28800" timeout="3600" relayState="ss:mem" consistentAddress="false"                  checkAddress="false" handlerSSL="true" cookieProps="https">
My consistentAddress is set to false.Not any error in log  concerning invalid match.
The browser used is not important. After some while I'm able to open the session using the browser that raise the error.This seems a timeout or cache stuff, but I can find any documentation concerning how Shibboleth is working against :* cache per user credentials per browserCan you help me with this ?
