Test Shib unable to locate metadata

Hi,

I've just reloaded and also uploaded some new metadata to the TestShib site.
When I go to run a test against any of the IDP's it reports

Unable to locate metadata for identity provider (https://idpdev.csu.edu.au/idp/shibboleth)

When I look here https://www.testshib.org/entities.html the EntityID is listed
