Gratuitous wiki UI changes coming

You'll all be thrilled to know there will be more needless "improvements" coming to the wiki because the latest version yanked the theme that's been used globally across the site. So I'll need to prep for the upgrade by converting the global theme and then changing over some stragglers off of the old Documentation theme to the new default.

I imagine we can do some work to adjust some things once the hard parts are done, but just giving fair warning. I'm still doing testing before I make the change in production and I'll give some warning when I'm going to apply it, probably later this week.
