FWIW, when trying to convert my resolver to the newer, simplified
syntax and defaulted (or differently defaulted) namespaces I could get
everything to work except Script attribute definitions specifically.
  I didn't have time yet to debug this (as I'm sure the error is in my
config) so I just rolled back to the previous, more verbose, syntax
and namespace prefixes.
I have to look into this again sometime soon.
