Thanks for reporting this, I must have missed something in my testing.  

I have reopened IDP-1051 is response to this.  Can you make any other comments there?  Thanks.

I'll look at this further when I'm back in the area (soon), but I must set expectations that if I cannot find a workaround this
won't be fixed.  The only suggestion I got from the support list for the tool I used is completely unworkable for us.
