Update IdP3.3.0 error

I had a similar error upgrading from 3.2.1 to 3.3 and reworking the 
xml namespaces in attribute-resolver.  Turned out I forgot to change 
Script to ScriptedAttribute.  Maybe check earlier in the process log to 
see if you have resolver errors.
