Configuring Attributes for SAML 2.0 and ADFS 3.0

I found out the answer by following this thread:

I found out that my settings were correct, except that I should create "Send LDAP Attribute as Claims" and "Transform Incoming Claim Rules" in Issuance Transform Rules tabof the Relying Party Trust.
