They would, if there were any, which there almost never are. We have the ability to designate it and we have a definition for what it means. We have almost never used it apart from the major versions of course.

I can't think of any case we did it with the IdP, but it's possible Chad did. I know of one time that I (think I) did it with the SP. In retrospect I don't actually remember why. I may not even be accurately remembering it.
