Remove Federation Errors in SAML 2.0 and ADFS 3.0

**I have removed the validation in the MetadataProvider*. It removed the 
federation errors, but it gave me *these errors***after restarting shibd 
and httpd:*

> If you want to schema-validate metadata while using ADFS metadata, you would have to install and configure all the schemas needed to supply non-laxly validated content and edit or override the schema catalogs the software comes with to know about them.
