Belated thanks

...to anyone who chipped in with the Google issues I was having.
I managed to get it working in a test environment then live last week, and have a happy boss now (and one less thing on my targets list for the year).

I'd be willing to chip in on the Google Apps page on the wiki, but it has a notice saying it's mid-edit (and it's missing major things I stumbled on like which certificate to give it etc).
