Static attributes

I'm running a Shibboleth IdP v.3.2.1 and currently it retrieves all
released attributes from an LDAP server.  I'm currently working with an SP
that wants us to release two static attributes that are not in our LDAP
structures:  our university name and a value associated with that name.
There is no urn:oid value for these attributes and their value will never
change based on the user assertion; its just two pieces of static
information that need to be released in the SAML payload.

I assume this is a trivial thing to do and I'm just not looking in the
right section of the wiki.  Would this be called a mapped attribute
definition, described here:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/MappedAttributeDefinition

Any suggestions and/or pointers on how to set this up would be greatly
appreciated.
