Memcache::getMemcache: CONNECTION FAILURE

Well, I just took a quick look at the plugin and from what I can see, the support for multiple servers is baked inside the memcache client library it's using, so there's no code on the Shibboleth side of this that's doing anything. If it works, doesn't work, whatever, that's on the library.

There are timeout options of various kinds documented and I don't know what they do or whether they work, but they're all being set as directed.
