Check your error message – it should give you detail about what file it was having trouble parsing.

I tried installing Shibboleth IDP 2.4.2 on Windows 2012 OS.
And while checking the IDP status after the installation https://idp.domain/idp/status is returning a 404 error.
And looking at the idp-process log, i see a SAXParseException : Premature end of file

Please help me out in identifying if Windows 2012 is a supported platform or not for IDP version 2.4.2?
