sp.testshib.org still not working?

Hi, 

I am new to Shibboleth and having trouble getting my IDP working with testshib. 

I see from the list archives there has been some trouble with uploading metadata, and this is exactly the problem I am having — I have uploaded the metadata for 

https://idp.data.alpha.jisc.ac.uk/idp/shibboleth 

to testshib with no issues in the response, I think my entityID is correct in the metadata, but when I hit

https://sp.testshib.org/Shibboleth.sso/TestShib?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fidp.data.alpha.jisc.ac.uk%2Fidp%2Fshibboleth

I get an 'Unable to locate metadata for identity provider' error. 

Can you confirm whether there is still an issue so I can double check I am not going mad?
