CAS

We transitioned. Fairly smooth, but a couple of things to note:

1. Does not support CAS protocol 1.0 (if you have CAS clients using this 
protocol get them to move to CAS 2.0 protocol before you transition).
2. Does not support method=POST responses (This has been fixed upstream 
and, I assume, will be released whenever they release IdP 3.3).
