Office365 and Shib (ADFSv3 and Shib v3)

Hi,

Has anyone successfully integrated Shib3 and ADFSv3?
The only docs I can find relate to Shib2 and are either incomplete, lack
detail or are simply out-of-date.
The "best" documentation I've found so far is:

One added complication is that we need to use the RemoteUser
authentication method as our Shib install is behind a separate SSO
system (CoSign). This means I'm not sure what do do (if anything) about
the authentication method change in the above docs.
