Shibboleth v3 logout functionality

Hi,

               I got a question regarding the logout functionality in v3.  In v2, on a web page, we use something like below for logging out of an SP:

<a href=/Shibboleth.sso/Logout?return=https://IDP/idp/logout.jsp?target=TARGET_URL>LogOut</a>

After a set time (10 seconds), the logout.jsp page will redirect the user to TARGET_URL.

I'm not sure how to get similar functionality now using v3.  I use the same link, but the IDP immediately redirects to a page such as

https://shib-idp-dev.uit.tufts.edu/idp/profile/Logout?execution=e100s1

This URL does not have the target parameter and I'm unable to redirect the page.

Can anyone please provide some guidance on this?
