Error while using metadata aggregator v0.9.*

I'm not sure what you mean by "the edugain metadata processing tool". Can you clarify?

The class mentioned in the error message doesn't exist any more. From aggregator version 0.9.0, we now use the Spring resource classes instead of the old Shibboleth ones.

The configuration file you are using was probably written for aggregator 0.8.x; you probably just need to update it. Without seeing what you're doing, I can't really go into more detail.
