SP - Trying to test copy of server - should this work?

Thanks - fortunately it didn't come to that as it turned out to be a classic PICNIC issue (Problem In Chair Not In Computer) - I had manually added a bookmark on my laptop to the "shibboleth access point" for the application on the server copy, and I had typed "http" instead of "https" - such a simple thing, but meant that right from the off I was doomed to fail (as I was repeatedly using the bookmark for testing!). And I can't believe, given how long I've been staring at it, that this didn't jump out at me (even after copying and pasting it into an email!) . . .

However, once you'd pointed it out (and I'd finished banging my head off the desk for being such a dunce), I tried it with https in the initial URL, et voila, everything just worked :-)
