Hi,

I've been trying to upload my metadata to sp.testshib.org and test my setup.  I get a "Your metadata was uploaded successfully" after I upload my xml, but I'm repeatedly getting a "Unable to locate metadata for identity provider" when I go to test it.  Looking at the shibd.log, I can see lots of other people getting this message too.  Is there a general problem at the moment?

The log also contains :
