And in general there are really only three reasonable possibilities:

- Use of SHA-2 (easy to work around)
- The lack of xsi:type in SAML Attributes (only impacts a clean install, easy to work around, but only globally)
- Immaterial XML syntax changes to the SAML messages (impossible to work around, indicates extreme brokenness)

I've yet to encounter an interop issue that I can bring to mind that wasn't one of those three.
