EDUCAUSE IDPDiscover/DS+Issue

Steve, Dave, EDUCAUSE Support,

There seems to be an issue with possibly one of the servers that handles
the login to the EDUCAUSE site.  MCNC does not show up when I attempted to
login, but my colleague Steve Thorpe found MCNC with no problem.  I looked
for the University of Alaska and it was not an option for my login
(scrolled through as well - doesn't show up).  Steve DID see two entries
(Alaska, and @Fairbanks).  In fact when I scroll through the list of
institutions, I'm missing 4 universities between Tulane and University of
Alabama that Steve sees.  By the way, we're both on macs using Chrome (both
tried Incognito windows as well and it made no difference - he sees MANY
more institutions the I do).
