EDUCAUSE IDPDiscover/DS+Issue

University of Alaska is no longer showing as an IdP in the EDUCAUSE WAIF:

Login to EDUCAUSE via our UA IdP is thus no longer available at U Alaska.
UAF CIO has made this a "must have" fix.

EDUCAUSE SP and UA IdP both rely of InCommon Research & Scholarship
category so this should be easy.

Our UA IdP entityID is “urn:mace:incommon:alaska.edu”.
