The description for Event ID 7701 from source Shibboleth ISAPI Filter cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted

We're a service provider and recently upgraded to 64 bit version 2.5.3. The process is running and the Shibboleth login seems to be working fine but we have been noticing a lot of INFORMATION events in our Event Log: "The description for Event ID 7701 from source Shibboleth ISAPI Filter cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

Every few minutes, based on the logs below, the shibboleth library is shutting down and initializing. I'm not able to post all the messages (between the 2 events) because of the size restrictions. There are 2 warnings (along with INFO statements).

What could be causing this? Any feedback is appreciated.
