The description for Event ID 7701 from source Shibboleth ISAPI Filter cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.

That's badly out of date.

That isn't the event. The actual event text should still be in the event log record. They are not errors and they don't matter. It's usually just the filter loading and unloading.
